Subscriptions can be canceled through the customer portal provided by the Merchant of Record. Refund eligibility, taxes and digital-content withdrawal options follow the checkout terms and applicable consumer law. Contact support@rowcove.com with your order email before sending any file.
Do not attach original datasets, credentials or personal data to a support request. We only need the order identifier and a description of the issue.
